About

Fifteen years of the same problem. One product to structure it.

LaunchPad exists because every Jira Service Management rollout hits the same wall. The tooling installs in a morning. The structure takes months. It shouldn't.

Why LaunchPad exists

Every Jira Service Management rollout follows the same pattern. The tooling installs in a morning. The structure - the service model, the ownership, the routing, the relationships that make JSM actually work as a service desk - takes months to design and longer to agree on. Most teams give up somewhere in the middle and end up running JSM as a ticketing system rather than a service platform.

After years of watching this play out at every client, LaunchPad became the answer to a question I kept asking: what if the structure was already there, ready to install, and you just picked the one that fits?

Thirteen structured Assets patterns, each built from real operations work that survives contact with production teams. Deployed in minutes. Safe to run on production instances. The product exists because the structure should not be the bottleneck.

Let's Talk Solutions

Let's Talk Solutions Ltd was founded in March 2025 to put real-world ITSM experience into a product. Not a consultancy deck. Not a workshop series. A Forge app that installs operational structure into Jira Assets in minutes.

The company supports both self-service deployments through the Atlassian Marketplace and consultancy-led transformations for organisations needing more tailored guidance. Strategic advisory and implementation support are available alongside the product.

Who this is for

LaunchPad is built for teams running JSM in real organisations. If you've ever inherited a half-finished Assets schema, migrated from a different service desk tool, or rolled out JSM across five thousand users and discovered the ownership model doesn't actually exist, the problems LaunchPad solves will look familiar.

Built with AI assistance

LaunchPad was designed, built, and iterated using a structured workflow that combines deep Atlassian domain expertise with AI-assisted development. Claude, GPT, and Gemini each play distinct roles, reviewing code, auditing security, refining copy, questioning decisions. The architecture, the commercial model, and every decision that matters is mine. AI helps me move faster and catch more, the way modern tooling always has.

I'm open about this because it's how I work, and because the product itself reflects fifteen-plus years of hands-on ITSM practice, not a generated guess at what JSM users might want. If you've ever implemented JSM in a real organisation, you'll recognise the problems LaunchPad solves. That recognition is not something AI can fabricate.
