Terms of use.
Terms that govern the installation and use of the Atlassian Marketplace apps published by Let's Talk Solutions Ltd.
Effective: February 2026 | Last updated: June 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By installing, accessing, or using any application we publish on the Atlassian Marketplace (each, "an App", together "the Apps"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Apps. These Terms currently cover:
- LaunchPad for Jira Service Management - creates and manages JSM Assets schemas.
- Second Chance - suggests relevant knowledge base articles to a customer after they raise a request.
The Apps are provided by Let's Talk Solutions Ltd (Company No. 16313782, "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. Registered Office: 37b Stockwell Road, London, SW9 9QB, United Kingdom.
2. Description of service
Each App is an Atlassian Forge application that runs entirely within the Atlassian Forge platform, inside your Jira Cloud instance.
LaunchPad creates object schemas within Jira Service Management (JSM) Assets. It creates new Assets schemas (object types, attributes, and relationships) from pre-built templates, and lets you export schemas to a portable interchange format and import them from interchange files. LaunchPad operates on a create-only principle: it creates new schemas and does not intentionally modify, overwrite, or delete your existing Assets schemas, object types, attributes, or data. Every deployment is additive.
Second Chance reads the summary and description of a request, together with the knowledge base articles the viewing user is entitled to see, and suggests relevant articles. It is read-and-suggest only: it does not modify, create, or delete your requests, comments, attachments, or knowledge base content.
3. Eligibility
To use the Apps, you must:
- Have a valid Jira Cloud instance (with JSM Assets enabled, in the case of LaunchPad)
- Have Jira administrator permissions (required to install Forge apps and configure them)
- Be authorised by your organisation to install and use third-party applications on the Jira instance
4. Account and access
The Apps are distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace. Your installation and use of an App is also subject to Atlassian's own terms of service and marketplace policies. We do not create or manage user accounts.
5. Service tiers and pricing
The Apps are offered through the Atlassian Marketplace, where pricing and tier availability for each App are managed. We reserve the right to change pricing or adjust what is included in each tier, with reasonable notice.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Apps for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code; redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Apps or their template content; use the Apps in any way that violates applicable laws; or attempt to circumvent tier restrictions or licensing controls.
7. Intellectual property
The Apps, including their code, template schemas, documentation, and website content, are the intellectual property of Let's Talk Solutions Ltd. When you deploy a schema with LaunchPad, the resulting schema in your Jira instance is yours to use, modify, and build upon. The template designs themselves remain our intellectual property and may not be extracted for redistribution.
8. Data and privacy
The Apps run on the Atlassian Forge platform, executing within Atlassian's infrastructure inside your Jira Cloud instance. We do not receive, store, or process your operational data on our own servers. For details of what each App accesses and stores, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
9. Schema safety (LaunchPad)
LaunchPad operates on a strict create-only principle. It creates new schemas and does not intentionally modify existing schemas, edit, overwrite, or delete existing object types, attributes, or relationships. Every deployment is designed to be additive. Second Chance does not write to your Jira data at all; it reads request and knowledge base content to produce suggestions only.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where an App provides templates or suggestions, these are designed as practical starting points based on real-world implementations. They are intended to accelerate your work, not replace your own assessment of what your organisation needs.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Let's Talk Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in question in the twelve months preceding the claim.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
